Results...
...are updated on GMS every Sunday evening - by our willing Volunteers.
Late Results make additional work...
...and the volunteers a little less willing.
1. Reporting Results...
- Both Teams MUST CONFIRM the score with the Referee.
- Also agree the score with your Opposite Number.
- The Referee is the FINAL arbiter of the Score
- Scores should be submitted before 6pm Sunday to Your Own League's Whatsapp Group. SEE THIS: Example Result Submission
- You could even Send in your Result as you leave the field of play....
Many Managers do !!
- Postponed games must also be reported back before 6pm Sunday.
2. LEAGUE CUP Results...
- Both Team Managers MUST Submit Results to the Colts League
Fixtures WhatsApp Group, preferably immediately after the game.
- Results should be submitted before 6pm Sunday latest.
- Use @Steve Mooney to address your Result.
- State the Cup Competition (CUP / PLATE / SHIELD / BOWL)...
IN CAPITALS (indicating whether Senior or Junior).
- Then detail the Teams and Result...
- State whether there were Uncontested Scrums.
- Then Add Your Name & Team.

3. ELECTRONIC MATCH CARD (EMC) Results...
- EMC's must be completed in advance in line with the Match Card Regs.
- Completed EMC's must be submitted by Monday 6pm.
4. Failure To Report a Result...
...Causes extra work for your LeagueSecs and delays the production of the Results & League Tables, therefore please ensure your results are submitted in Good time.
- Failure to accurately and promptly complete and submit the EMC will result in a sanction as deemed appropriate by the League...
- Such failures may include points deductions or the awarding of a game.
Sanctionable offences include:
- Late / None Reported Results on Whatsapp Groups...
- Late / None Reported Postponements...
- Late Submission of EMC's (over 24Hrs Late)...
- Failure to Report Yellow / Red Cards.
- Deliberate Attempts to Falsify an EMC.
- Repeat offenders will be dealt with as deemed appropriate by the League Exec.
5. Red Cards...
- Referees are obliged to submit a Sending off Report to the County Disciplinary Secretary when they have issued a Red Card.
- NB: Referees can issue Red Cards to miscreants before during or after a Colts League match.
- Managers MUST ENSURE Red Cards are recorded on the EMC under MATCH EVENTS.
- You should also notify Red Cards to your own Senior Club Secretary.

- Always look after your Referee who is a guest of your Club...
