Postponements Due To Bad Weather...

As we enter the season of potential bad weather Managers & Coaches should be aware of their options and obligations...

With a full season of fixtures and only 3 recovery weeks available for re-allocating postponed games Teams should make every effort to play their league game on the scheduled weekend as there is little opportunity to re-arrange.

Your attention is specifically drawn to Pre-Match Regulations 4(1). to 4(9f). which summarise the actions to be taken in the event of adverse weather and problem pitches...

Please be proactive and don’t leave until the last minute if bad weather is forecast.

In Mutual Co-operation we can all overcome adversity... Even the Weather !!

Look at alternative pitches in your area or switching venues with your opponents.

NB: Postponements should be advised to your League Secretary  by TEXT to your usual Results Text Number.
