Team Managers are reminded they need to arrange for Referee Society Membership for their Colts' Team for the coming Season.
This maybe something new to you if you have only been involved in Junior Rugby before now...
Society Referees must be arranged and appointed to all your home Colts League games.
Your are therefore advised to search out within your Club who your Referee Society Contact is. You should liase with them on all occasions when you require a Society Referee, and it would be advisable to give them a copy of your fixtures.
Society Membership Fees:
More importantly at this time Clubs need to pay Society Membership Fees for each team, including Colts.
Your Senior Club should have received an invoice from your respective Society and you need to ensure Your Club arranges cover for all your Colts Teams.
TEAMS OUTSIDE the M&D or L&D Society Areas...
Colts League Regulations require you give the League written assurance that your Local Society has confirmed they are able to provide Society Referee cover of a society appointed independant Referee to all your Colts League home games.
