Entry Regulations...

1. Entry Forms & Deadline...

(1). Publication of Entry Forms for the new season will be notified to all registered email addresses, therefore please ensure you add your email to the League's Database using the Join Mailing List link.

(2). The 2017/2018 Entry Deadline is on Sat 20th May 2017.

 


2. Entry Applications...

(1). Complete the Entry Application Form to join the 2017/2018 Raging Bull NW Colts League.
                                       {Entries Now OPEN for 2017/2018}

 (2). Applications should be completed Online, printed off, and signed by the Manager or Head Coach.

(3). Printed Forms must be counter-signed by the Senior Club Secretary (not MJ Secretary or MJ Chairman).

(4). Signed Forms should be posted to the Honorary Secretary to be received before the Deadline.

(5). Payment of the £95.00 Entry (Membership) Fee should accompany your Application Form.

(5a). The Colts League accepts cheques (enclosed with Application Forms) or Online payments...

(5b). If paying Online or by BACS this should be indicated on your Online Entry Application.

(5c). Applications will not be accepted or processed without a payment.

(5d). If necessary please send your own cheque and claim it back from your Club.

(5e). Teams waiting for a Club Treasurer to 'raise a cheque' may miss the Entry Deadline.

(5f). Entries received and accepted beyond the deadline will be subject to an additional processing fee.

(6). Do not send your postal entries by Recorded Delivery, Registered, or Signed For Post.
      HonSec may not be in to sign for them and will not visit the Post Office as it is not local.

(6a). Please use a small A5 (not large A4) Envelope when posting your Entry Application.

(6b). Do not use a Large envelope with a small envelope Stamp on it...
        HonSec will not pay your Underpaid Postage.



3. Squad Registrations and Seeding Feedback...

(1). Squad Registrations and Seeding Feedback must be received by the Entry Deadline date.

(2). Deadlines will not be extended...

 


NB1: The League's Online System sends an acknowledgement e-mail to the Manager only within a few minutes if your Online Entry has been submitted with the correct email address...

The Senior Entries and Junior Entries pages are updated regularly on the League website - so please do not phone or email the HonSec to check if your entry has been received...

NB2: Timely receipt of Squad Registrations and Seeding Feedback allows League Volunteers to Seed the Leagues, for the benefit of Player Development, and for the timely publication of your Fixtures on 1st July.
